As a downhiller Chandra also can race in cross country, he was on the limit of his stamina to won the men’s sport. It was good day for Chandra Purnamawan.

The Race
It was hot days during the whole entire games, none of single day with rain or cloudy. We pre-ride the courses to get familiarize with the trail.

The downhill course was rocky and fast, with few drops and jumps that height, we measure as high as 6 m.

BMX & BSX track was superb, 450 m length track meets the UCI Standard, the track consist of big step-up jump, pro-size double, and it was fast-fast track.

Cross Country again it is the test of physical ability and skill, hard fast trail.

Risa & Chandra ripped the DH Course flawlessly, again Risa was hard to beat, so did the result, 1st in women downhill, Chandra as 1st year in senior already showed his marked finish strongly 3rd and time taken was shared the same minute, second but only differ on the “Thousand of second” .

The two again race on BMX & BSX Chandra was unlucky on BMX, on the start he miss the “Whole Shot” and block with bunch of riders, he placed 6th, on BSX he end on podium, placing 3rd.

Risa as usual still going strong, placing her self as champion is a must for BSX event.

Cross Country, power house Bandi “Bandit” Sugito from the start leading the race, controlling the “Pack” pace, he reached the finnish line with no par on him.

Risa and Chandra showed that they are tired from the last two events, Risa did lead the race for couple of laps, well she secure her self for silver, and tiring Chandra finish 7th place.
